Our Core Capabilities:
The platform provides expertise and leadership in a suite of synergistic capabilities, as well as project development. We work with a diverse range of sample origins including viruses, bacteria, fungi, plants and animals.
Proteomics:
Our advanced proteomics capability offers protein identification, quantification and characterisation services through liquid chromatography and mass-spectrometry.

The metabolomics capability offers support from experimental design and chromatographic-mass spectrometry techniques to data analysis, quantification and bioinformatics for understanding the metabolites (small molecules) in diverse biological and environmental systems.

Small Molecule Structure Characterisation:
The Small Molecule Structure Characterisation capability enables the study of compounds using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry to provide information about the structure and dynamics of molecules ranging in size from a simple water molecule to intact protein.
